When we acknowledge the land, we are paying respect to the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for those lands since time immemorial. I believe that when we acknowledge the land, the ancestors are pleased and will look kindly upon us. I am committed to learning the Indigenous place names of all of the territories in which I travel. I currently reside in my beautiful ancestral territory, the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation also known as Prince George. BC Canada. Who's territory do you live on?
